Is Albert a real person?

No. Albert is an artificial intelligence (AI) with a warm, natural voice. Albert will always tell you so if you ask. Behind Albert is a dedicated team at REL8 in Zürich that you can reach anytime.

What does it cost?

Albert's regular price is $19.99 a month. Early members pay nothing while we keep improving Albert. You don't need to give any payment details, and you can stop at any time.

What do I need?

Only a telephone with a number in the USA, Canada or Switzerland. You don't need a smartphone, an app or the internet.

How do I sign up?

Call Albert. Albert explains everything, asks for your OK and agrees on a time for the first call. It takes a few minutes.

Can I sign up my mother or father?

Give them Albert's number, so they can call and decide for themselves. Albert only signs up the person who will use it. You're welcome to call Albert first and try it yourself.

Which languages does Albert speak?

English, for now. More languages are coming.

What happens to what I tell Albert?

Your conversations are used only so Albert can remember you and talk with you. We never sell your data. You can ask us at any time to delete everything.
